I live in Anchorage, Alaska and have watched Palin’s rise from the time she was Mayor in Wasilla. At that time, her mentor, who she later “threw under the bus” ( as she does with everyone who helps her–making her feel inferior–or who she imagines is not 100% one her side ) called Palin on the carpet for spending $50,000 of unapproved money to redecorate her Mayor’s office. Her response? ” I will do whatever I want to do until a court tells me to stop.”

Palin is psychologically unstable and Narcissism seems to prevade her sense of being in this world.

She has caused so much damage here in Alaska, cannot tell the truth even about insignificant things and I believe is a viable champion still for the underachievers who have migrated to Alaska and to the extreme right wing fringe.

Wasilla is a version of Sand Point, Idaho where there is an enclave of skin heads and neonazis. While Wasilla has few skin heads, the right wing, extremest fundamentalist christian fringe is alive and well. Amazingly this small town is shared with enough criminal element to make it the meth capital of Alaska.

Palin appeals to the “lowest common demoninator” and unfortunately these people who “feel” rather than “think” about politics do not understand her personality disorder.

And neither does much of America! Please please please explain in more articles that Palin’s “Maverick” behavior is just a nice word for her narcissicm and that it is NOT A VICTIMLESS mental instability.

I think this woman is capable of physical violence and while I have NO proof whatsoever, my 65 yr old “street smart” gut instinct tells me she was involved with the fire at her church immediately after she lost the VP race. I am sure you can understand why she would need media attention at that point. The ATF has joined the investigation on this fire ( yes, there were people inside the church, cars in the parking lot and accelerant was spread entirely around the church, including entrances and exits !) and hopefull they will uncover the truth, no matter who was involved.

You are the FIRST mental health professional who has spoken up about Palin and her “disability” needs to be recognized.

It is not about politics that I make this plea. It is about this individual and her ability to damage others.
